Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small-group operations.

Tightrope Adventures reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. In these situations, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternate tour date.

Minimum Numbers

• Tours require a minimum of 2 guests to run.

• If this minimum is not met, we will offer to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.

Cancellations by Guests

• More than 48 hours before departure: full refund

• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund

Changes and Rescheduling

• Changes or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before departure are free of charge and subject to availability.

• Within 48 hours of departure, changes may not be possible.

Weather and Guide Decisions

• Tours run rain or shine; however, safety is our top priority.

• Tour itineraries may be adjusted as needed based on weather and environmental conditions to ensure the best and safest experience.

• If a tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather or conditions, you will be offered:

  • The option to reschedule, or

  • A full refund

No Shows and Late Arrivals

• No shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.

• Please arrive on time to ensure the group can depart as scheduled.
